We offer a free Food Tasting and Menu Planning session for organisers of planned events that require catering for a minimum of 80 guests and are being held in one of our service areas.
We limit the number of participants in these sessions to a maximum of 4 people.
These sessions are generally available by appointment between the hours of 10.00 am and 1.00 pm Monday to Saturday (Excluding Public Holidays).
The free food tastings will be a selection of what the kitchen is preparing for events to be held that day and the purpose is for organisers to sample the quality and presentation of a range of our food items.
If specifics menu items are requested, and these are not being prepared on the day, a charge may be applied.
When requesting a Free Tasting & Menu Planning Session, please indicate the number who would attend, and list any food allergies or dietary restrictions that apply to any of the proposed attendees.
