Entree

Main course
  • Crispy skin duck breast, spiced apple rosti, watercress, chive and orange.
  • Chermoula crusted chicken breast, potato and brie pie, greens, crispy capers.
  • Herbed lamb loin, smoked aubergine and red capsicum, chargrilled parmesan and herb polenta.
  • Eye fillet of beef, mustard and herb crust, chargrilled baby leeks, mushroom jus, Hasselback potato.
  • Grilled eye fillet of beef, red wine jus, potato and pear dauphinoise, summer vegetables, almond.
  • Grilled Atlantic salmon fillet, orange and herb glaze, braised fennel and sweet potato.
  • Pan-fried barramundi fillet, tomato, olive and wild mushroom compote, potato and parsnip mash.
  • All selections come with seasonal green leaf salad and crusty artisan bread rolls.

PRICES:

Two courses ( with dessert ) - choose any menu item from our main course and one dessert - $54 per person.
Two courses ( with entrée) - choose any menu item from our entrée and main course - $57 per person.
Three courses - choose any menu item from our entrée, main course and dessert -  $67.50 per person.

Please enquire about our qualified, friendly staff. We recommend one waiting/kitchen staff
per 40-50 guests

Monday to Friday –$46hr per staff person (minimum 4 hours)
Saturday $50hr per staff person (minimum 4 hours)
Sunday – $60hr per staff person (minimum 4 hours).
